I know I write a lot about rain. But it's just so nostalgic and relaxing and inspiring!
If you asked me "When do you feel more confortable for sitting down and writing?" I'd definitely answer "When it's cold and foggy outside, pouring rain or simply a small drizzle coming down. With a cup of hot tea - yes, I'm very English in that sense- and sitting on the sofa with a good, warm blanket."
I know I haven't written in a long, long time, but summer is for having fun, spending time on the beach and eating ice-cream, not sitting in front of the computer to write down my thoughts. Sorry about that. But autumn seems to have finally arrived, and that means cold, rainy days to find inspiration, sit down, and let my mind run wild. Good stuff will come.

PS: I just can't wait to get my hands on Ken Follet's "Winter of the World", book two of The Century trilogy. And Maggie Stiefvater's "The Scorpio Races". I'll have to wait for my birthday.

Si me preguntases "¿Cual es el momento que más te gusta para sentarte a escribir?" Definitivamente contestaría "Cuando hace frío y hay niebla, cuando diluvia o simplemente cae una ligera llovizna. Con una taza de té - sí, soy muy inglesa en ese sentido- y sentada en el sofá con una manta calentita."
Sé que no he escrito en mucho, mucho tiempo, pero el verano es para pasarlo bien, para ir a la playa y comer helado, no para sentarte delante del ordenador a escribir tus pensamientos. Perdón por eso. Pero el otoño parece que por fin ha llegado y eso significa días fríos y lluviosos para tomar inspiración, sentarme y dejar que mi imaginación haga el resto. Vendrán cosas buenas.

PD: No puedo esperar para conseguir el segundo libro de la trilogía "The Century" de Ken Follet, "El invierno del mundo". Y "The Scorpio Races" de Maggie Stiefvater. Tendré que esperar a mi cumpleaños.
